When in our modern times its clearly understood that the actual vow should state, "Until something better comes along and I can upgrade"? And hopefully I can cheat on you without you knowing about it untill the new deal is set.

Well, you're SUPPOSED to mean it when you take the vows. No one looks at them as VOWS anymore, just mindlessly repeat the words while thinking about the great time they're going to have at the reception.
I've been married a LONG time, 20+ years, and marriage is HARD. But I wouldn't want it any other way or with any other man.

Well a man made those vows. God said they were one and that would mean inseparable. but the men wrote a divorce law, not sure why cause then they could have as many wives as they wanted, probably had something to do with Money,
