As a licensed agent in Real Estate, the law prohibits me from giving you legal or tax advice. BUT I will tell you that if your regulations are not different from anybody else's than a tax recalculation should not happen for adding your sibblings to your RE title. The recalculation happens every year (very small change) and when there is a transfer of title (sell). Hope this helps, for more infornation on title and how to do the transfer, I suggest you visit your local title company and for a small fee, they will be able to help you out.

NO, adding sibling to you title will not change you property tax. you should be able to call the title company that prepared you last title. tell them that you would like a new deed prepared it should cost about 200 + the recording of it with you county. now this is only if you are not a senior citizen. if you are and now are placing people that are not senior citizen you may have a loss of your star exemption.

Actually, in CA, TX & MO it very well may. A change of ownership often does trigger a revaluation of the property.

Check with the tax district for full information.

No, it shouldn't, your local tax assessor performs this annually, not when title changes take place. Your state or county laws and practices may be different from mine though.
