How can I integrate ical users schedules with outlook users?

I use a PC and 3 other people in my agency use macs. I need to integrate our calendars so we can view our free and busy times.

That's not supported by Outlook directly in a peer to peer network. Other than a third-party software solution (none I am aware of) your solution is to go to a true domain (SBS 2003) and use sharepoint services.
