Not necessarily. Some people just have strange fetishes, and quite honestly transexual porn isn't even all that strange compared to all the others. I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

What's with the labeling anyway? Gay, straight, bi... come on kids, grow up a little...
If he suddenly started wearing a t-shirt that said "I'm Gay" would that really change who he is? It's just a t-shirt, after all.
For that matter, does it matter what kind of porn he looks at? Does this interfere with your relationship with him in any meaningful way? Does it just gross you out, that he might be fantasizing that you are a transsexual?
If your response is 'Ewwww!!! That's just GROSS!!!' then maybe you are with the wrong person and you should reconsider your relationship. It's important that both of you are happy, and that you both feel comfortable with what's going on.
Personally, I wouldn't worry too much, but then I'm not you... :)

No he's not gay. Is not uncommon for straight men to be interested in transexual porn. As long as hes not cheating on you, he should be ok.
