Chocolate can help, because it's a comfort food. Aspirine, if you're an adult and can take it helps, because it's a blood thinner. ( If you're trying to get pregnant don't use aspirin 'cause it can make you miscarry) Anise tea helps because it eases the contractions and relaxes the muscles. Avoid citrus.

u should drink warm drinks such as hot coco or hot tea, i doubt the chocolates makes the cramp worse, but i guess it all depends on bodies. u should avoid eating spicy/sour food but eat more sweets and drink cranberry juices, dont drink it ice cold, make sure it kind of warms up after taking it outta the frig.

I know it totally sucks, but the best thing to do for cramps is to get up and walk around. Stay active, it also helps keep your mind off of the pain.
Avoid: CAffeine
Try: Decaf-hot tea

I've heard that you should avoid caffeine, and I have also heard that exercise helps relieve cramps.

try evening primrose oil capsules. they are supposed to help with cramps/sore breasts and its also good for your skin. I noticed that when I take it regularly with my other vitamins, I have less cramping and tenderness.
