There are several possibilities for this problem:
1. Your internet service provider is blocking or rejecting email sent to a certain email server.
2. The email providers of your friends are blocking your email address. Sometimes email providers get placed on a "black list" by accident if their range of ip addresses is considered to be used by spammers, and therefore they get blocked.
3. Your friend's email settings are set to filter out or block your emails by accident.
If you are able to send/receive emails to and from other people, one of the above suggestions is the most probable cause. Check each of these possibilities carefully, and eventually you should be able to solve the problem.

The problem may be that the receiving email service has classified your email service as a source of spam and blocks any and all email from it.
Get a separate email account from a different service provider (I suggest gmail), and see if you can't get your mail through then.
