Be grateful it's not worse, haha. Go to a dermatologist if your parents will pay for the expensive perscription(s) that he/she will tell you to take. I went to my dermatologist, and they gave me three to use every day, and they were very expensive. I have been using Proactiv for about a month, and it has worked well so far. One suggestion: don't wash your face more than twice a day (which is how often you should be using Proactiv). If you are using another facial cleanser, get rid of it. Excessive washing dries out the skin and actually tells your body to produce more oils which further clog your pores. If your face gets oily and/or shiny, just blot the oil off. That said, your acne really isn't that bad. You look fine!

Girl, you do not look bad at all. But for the best treatment, you should visit your dermatologist. He/she can perscribe a pill that you take that should get rid of the bacteria in acne. What you should do when you are at school is basically cover with consealer and top it off with powder or if you want to look radiant some bronzer. Also make sure the makeup you are using doesnt cause you to break out.

Rozz is on point about the dermatologist, esp. since you used proactive without any luck. I use Aveeno clear complexion. There's the cleanser, the moisturizer, and then the spot treatment. They have cleared up my face well and it's a soy complex product. MUY BUENO!

If your skin is oily, you can apply tomatoes to your face. It counters oily skin by absorbing surplus oil and also helps get rid of pimples and acne. Apply undiluted tomato paste to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm, not hot, water.

Good luck babe xx

go see a dermatologist.

pro-activ has never worked for me.

you need to take care of the internal rather than the external

The doctor will prescribe anabiotics such as Bactrum and etc and it will kill the bacteria growth in your skin.
