My mom and i are thinking of taking a vacation to Colorado, but we're not sure whats really there, so does anyone know a website or any nice places to visit in Colorado??

Colorado is beautiful. I really like it here and there is TONS to do!! I'm also including a link to my 360 page because I have written about some Colorado things in it. My favorite state! Durango is my favorite town in the state, and it has a wonderful train that takes you into the mountains. Great views any season. Also, hike along the Animas river there. I highly recommend driving from Denver, down to Colorado Springs, then through the Rockies to Durango, it's just awesome. Every turn in the road will present another picture postcard. Hiking all over the state, of course. Lots of wildlife. The aspens in autumn are overwhelming. All seasons are good there, though the winters can be tough. Have fun!

Colorado is wonderful.
Visit Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Sand Dune National Park, and anywhere in the Mountains.

Boulder, Golden, Frisco, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs.
I personally love Raton, on the border of new mexico.
There's always denver, but too much smog there for me.
Estes park is really nice.

Go to Durango, Telluride, Ouray and Silverton. In Durango ride the train to Silverton. The highway from Ouray to Silverton is incredible. Stay at the Straiter!!

there are thousands of things to do in colorado it is just like cities any where in the world and you will see for your self. enjoy your time there it is a beutifull place to visit .

the only thing to do there is skiing and hunting just so u know.
