You can clean the area with alcohol and then pop the pimple, it may be a small hair folicle irritation if you squeeze it and a little lump comes out then it will be gone but if you can see a little whie head inside then you need to squeeze it harder and that may hurt ( can you tell this happens to me). It may be a hair or that you used the wrong lip gloss but anyway. The cleaning of the area with ALCOHOL is what makes it go away and keeps it away.

Nixoderm comes in a small green circular container. You can get this inside Chinese fruit stand shop. Nixo is VERY GOOD and takes care of the job over nite. It's white and creamy and when you put it on It will burn a little, but then the sensation goes away. Wear it to bed and you'll be fine. Nixoderm is good for pimples, ringworm, sores, anything! Try it. Very inexpensive too!

well i always get pimples and it always seems to be right before i have something to do well my best advice is to just leaveit alone because sometimes if you mess with it it'll fester up and become a big pimple so just wash your face really good before you go to bed and put some kind of ointment on it i always use triple antibiotic ointment and it takes care of it pretty fast well i hope this helps.

acnefree from wal-mart stores zaps them. But it crusts up. SOOO reapply b/c once the medicine dries it is no longer working on the pimple but just drying out your skin.
also, IF you pick be sure to apply an astringent and let the area dry. but, also, DON'T pick.

what works for me is get a towel wet with hot water and keep it on the area. Keep doing this and it'll get better within hours. The hot water opens up the blood vessels and allows for faster healing.

Yes, toothpaste is good just make sure its paste and not gel form.

Also, putting ice on it will help bring the redness down.
