the best thing to do is always make sure your doing something and dont give yourself time to think about them, hangout with your friends alot and try and meet new people also try not to see the person avoid seeing them untill you have moved on a little bit but at first you should always give yourself the greiving period, cry, listen to sad songs, eat lots, watch sad movies, think about them , cry and hangout with friends shoppings good to, avoid getting drunk though... believe me phone calls and e-mails to them can not always be good i would kno drunken words are sober thoughts that are saposed to stay in your head

it all depends on why you are suffering from heartbreak.Have you lost a family member or someone close to you?If you have finished with a boy/girlfriend then it is easy to overcome just accept it is over and get on with your life.no matter what you look like there is someone out there looking for you and eventually you will find them or they will find you.you only get one crack at life there are no seconds so enjoy what you have.think positive and always remember you are beautiful .

Take as much time as you need to get over it - don't say you need to be over them by .... or listen to people if they say stupid flippant comments like ''you must be over them by now..'' . You take as long as you need. Eats loads of ice cream/chocolate, cry when you need to, get your friends together when you feeling a bit better and talk when you want to. Everyone deals with it differently, just take one day at a time and one day you'll wake up, and it'll hurt less

depends on the circumstances of the break up. It is tough - you sound young....allow yourself some grieving period and always remember there is someone out there who will be more wonderful and clever, tender, etc etc - you just haven't met him/her yet!
