I've managed to evade the issue of telling her, by confronting her husband and giving him 2 days to tell her before i told her myself, and evading her as much as possible too, because i couldnt look her in the face and not say anything. But as I thought, he didnt tell her, and pleaded to me he loves his wife and his lover, so please not to tell her as she doesnt need to know, and he doesnt want to hurt her. She, on the otherhand announced to me earlier she's pregnant, and is hurt as to why i've been avoiding her, and why i'm not excited for her, and sharing in the happy news.. Should i still tell her, and how do i break such devastating news subtlely?

lets try this on for size you tell her and she confronts him he denies it and your the bad guy. i know you hurt for your friend but there are some things even as friends we should stay out of. at this point i will feel sorry for her being pregnant in light of whats happening. the bottom line who will your friend believe...

Well what i would like to know is how on earth did u 'catch him out' where were you and where was he??
And no you shouldn't tell your friend if you are any kind of friend you will keep out of it until such time that he decides to tell her himself and then you can be the one person she will need to turn to.
Well it comes to the point that you really do have to back off and now that she's pregnant with his child, you dont want to destroy her life and the unborn childs life.

Wow rather you than me if you tell her you run the risk of her not believing you, and you may end up with no friend at all.
If you don't tell your always going to feel guilty. It really is a no win situation..............May be you could some how set him up so she catches him out.

Write a novel about the whole tale or change his name to a famous footballers, insert your own name and sell it to the daily star for 20-000 and create a false kiss and tell. many do it kidda

You know what? If I were you, I'd just tell her... but that's 'cause it's in my personality and I don't like secrets between lovers. You even gave him a chance and he hasn't told her! I dunno. I'd tell her if I were you. You should just sit down with her somewhere quiet and inform her. Don't forget to bring out the tissues.
