Yes ... Mark Calloway has always donned the persona of the Undertaker, even when he wore the partial mask due to a broken orbital bone thanks to Mabel's (a.k.a. Viscera) careless leg drop to his head.
If you mean is he the same person regarding his real persona and attitude, then that I cannot say since I am not a personal friend of his, although it would be nice to say he was your friend.

His character has changed dramatically, even the phenom is less dark now that before. His appearance is also different, but that is just because he has aged. If you look at photos though the years you can clearly see him age, from a youngster to a legend. So yes despite his changes he is the same guy.
