i wake up with sore feet like 5 days a week, it isnt from walking and running a lot, cuz i havent been running or walking a lot and when i day i'm able to distinguish that type of soreness.

i wake up with really sore feet but it goes away within an hour or so of waking up then i'm good to go for the rest of day.

also why do my feet cramp up so easily? like if i stretch my big toe forward and down i get a hard cramp on the side of my foot or if i "make a fist" with my foot my toes cramp up, really easily.

thanks for any help

oh, one more thing... everyone once in a while i get a bad pain on the bottom of my foot right below my toes, right above the ball of feet. it hurts when i step to the point where i walk differently.. whats the deal with that?

again thanks for any help

You could be having joint problems in your feet. Even if the problems go away aftera while, your feet may still be getting damaged. Maybe it's the type of shoes you wear or something. In order to get less cramp, try some stretching excercises. Just do them daily and they will help a lot. Go to the doctor and get it checked out because unless there is a doctor on yahoo answers, I doubt anyone can help you out perfectly.

See a podiatrist. You may have circulation problems.
