Sounds like you are alergic to something you use that comes in contact with that portion of your anatomy. Laundry detergent perhaps? - change to a hypoalergynic soap and detergent, see if that helps. Put benadryl on the itchy spots.

RE:
Why do I itch on my genitals so bad that I actually remove skin when scratching?
I am female and 42 years old, wash once a day. I have tried washing more times a day but no help at all. Have tried using products like pinetarsol but not useful. Very irritating. Desperate for a remedy please help.

To relieve itching, many doctors recommend cool compresses of Burow's solution (Domeboro, BurVeen, Bluboro) or baths with Aveeno or oatmeal (one cup to a tub full of water). Acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen are also effective in reducing itching. The old standby calamine lotion, sometimes helps for early lesions. The itching may be treated with either an antihistamine (Benadryl or Vistaril, for example). One-half percent hydrocortisone creams (Cortaid or Lanacort, for example) are available without prescription. They will decrease inflammation and itching, but relief is not immediate. I hope this helps you. And good luck.

It sounds like a yeast infection. Do you have a cottage cheese like discharge?
That indicates a yeast infection, Since you don't recognize the symptoms, you probably have never had one before, so go to the gyno guy. Get check out.

you have a yeast infection. Although it starts in the inside it affects the outer part. I would get to a gyno so they can determine that it is that and nothing else. You can also try fagisile.

Have you checked with a gyno? Rather than sit and itch, you should get checked. It's very possible that you have a condition or STD with those symptoms.

Go see your gynecologist. She will help you to rule out vaginal yeast infection, and other more serious problems. She may also be able to give you something to soothe the skin.
