is it weird for toddlers -8yr olds to put things in there belly bottons??? cause these kids i baby sit love to they r 3,4,5yr olds
but my brother that is 14 still loves to put things in his belly botton,like marbles,pennies ,bb's,sticky tack,well,almost anything!!

I don't think it's weird for kids to put things in their belly buttons. It's totally natural for kids to want to explore their bodies. Now, with that said, it might not be a bad idea to watch for them putting things in other parts of the body. Some things are just plain unsanitary!!

All kids like to put thing in their belly buttons, they think it is a little hidding place. I would rather them put it in their belly buttons, than in their ears, mouth and nose.

It must be a boy thing. My son still likes to put things in his mouth and he's 4.

they love to ,but you really need to be on the look out for what they put inside because it could get stuck and you would probably not be babysitting for them anymore because they think you were not looking out for what their child was playing with ,expessially if they cant get it out of the child

Kids will be kids, at least they arn't putting it in their ears or noses. Thank your lucky stars! PS: Boys (at any age) are weird!!!

just weird that they found out stuff will stay there. LOL. hopefully they will stop soon. kids are curious and do weird things sometimes lol.
