Since i have downloaded msn live i cannot connect. It keeps telling me that i am currently not connected to net messenger service. Can anyone help please.

Once u download it u cant go back to the old 1. Does Windows Messenger work? Try using another email address. I can't think of anything else.

If you want, transfer all your files located in local disk C, to local disk D or E or whatever its name, and then go to a computer place and ask them to format your Computer. Then retry downloading MSN 8.0

Check your emails, even the spam or bulk folders. Cause you probably had to activate the account by verifying your email address with them
