Has anyone speculated on concert tickets before?

I was thinking, for a concert that is sure to sell out, like Radiohead or Tool, it would be super easy to make some money by buying up a bunch of tickets and selling them on ebay. Has anyone ever done this? How'd you come out?

Lots of people have done it. Depending on where they are they had one of the three following outcomes:

1. They were able to make money
2. They lost money
3. They got arrested for scalping
