I think the only difference is that if the question title is clear about what the person is trying to ask. I don't usually open questions like "help me~!", "not sure what to do", or "I need opinion" I would only open questions with more specific titles...

i'm not sure, but if it did i would guess that more males would answer the question posted above yours about how to get rid of pot bellies. subject may play to interest, some interests may be more commonly found in males or female

Yes, some topics are more appealing to one gender than to another. I think. Good question!
For instance: My prejudice tells me that questions about sex will be more appealing to men and questions on solving daily problems more attractive to women.

No,unless it is a mentrual question.Those I think are targeted to other females and men don't want to touch them,unless they are in the medical field.
