yes go for the colonic association website as above to choose what you may think best. I personally have been to Aqualibria in Harley Street and was really impressed by the professional service and the overall experience http://www.aqualibria.com

Firstly , declaration of my interest. I am a practising colon hydrotherapist, so I have vested interest in answering. My name is Julia Rhodes, and I am principal colon hydrotherapist with West London Colonics.
The advice given by realdragonflame is spot on . @ reputable associations are ARCH and RICtat.
I would also strongly recommend looking at client reviews . If you look at at least 6 for the same clinic, thats good ( 67% of consumers in general do this ) , 10 is better ( a further 7% of consumers do this ) and 20 plus would be really doing your homework ( a further 7% do this ) .
If you want to look at West London Colonics reviews , google search "Wahanda, west london colonics). We have 61 reviews posted by clients on an independent website.
good luck.
Julia

best idea is to go to the colonic association's website for list of members as to be honest you are not really going to get a suitable answer in yahoo answers, most users just want to shnw off how "funny" they are and not help.
so just try the websites I have included or try searching with
no marks "colonic irrigation+london"
However, compare prices for london based experts versus outside london as outside london may be cheaper and set in a more relaxing location.
hope this helps.
