There are a few qualifications that you must pass. First you must be under ten years old, You must have a very low IQ, You have to be someone you thinks he's cute by coming up with stupid questions, you have to be someone who can't dream up something useful.

there is good information out there, just do a google search for the type of business, and they will give you all kinds of information. but as far as health regulations, you will have to contact your local and state government.
