over Ken Lay's sudden death? When I watched the reports I got the sense that they were almost screaming

"How dare you die before we get to punish you!"
"How dare you succumb to nature!"
"We want our justice and we want to see you suffer for your wrongs and dying of a massive heart attack just isn't enough for us!"

Maybe its just me, but I really got that perception that people were actually angry that the man is dead. Anyone else pick that up?

You are right. He died and it ripped away the nasty headlines they had prepared. It was like canceling Christmas/Hanukkah to them.

I watch my investments so I have four or five news stations on all day, I didn't get that impression from any of the networks I watched, I was waiting for it though. ( Bloomberg, CNN, MSN, CNBC and FOX)
