Rowenta is the one and only as far as I am concerned. I have had mine for about 10 years now. It does cost a little bit more, but the other will never last long enough to make the difference worth it.

I have a Rowenta. I received it as a house warming gift. It's much better than the Black n Decker I used to have (sold it at my garage sale). The Rowenta is much heavier and I don't have to keep going over the same spot to get the wrinkles out. My mom has had a Rowenta now for about 15 years and still loves her iron.

I have a rowenta iron, but then, I do alot of sewing and quilting, so I need a good iron. I got it on sale for about $60.

I run a laundry service and we use rowentas. They make a great iron, as long as you are willing to spend the $$$ for one.
