I would love to be a lawyer.
I feel like I could do great.
Im an honors student in high school & need to know what kind of requirements am I going to need to be a lawyer?
What kind of classes will I be taking, and are they expensive?

Well, you might want to meet with a university counselor. It is best to major in Political Science. Then, you will need to take the LSAT and apply to law schools. It is cheaper to go to a public school than a private one, obviously. It is difficult and you will be required to take a load of classes. Most require a lot of writing. Good luck.

worry about getting into a undergraduate school first and then worry about getting good grades for your Bachelors. Law school is tough, and how hard the BAR exam is depends on your state. It's not best to major in Political Science. Major in what you're going to excell at.

First, decide what law school you want to go to.
get information as to costs, both for books and tuition, but living expenses as well.
Find an issue of US News and World Report, as they rate ALL colleges and targeted departments (law, medicine, architecture, whatnot).
Discover what they are looking for to accept you into the department, so you can take the proper classes.

You have to get a bachelor's degree first before you can apply to law school. Then you take the LSAT and try to get into law school. It normally takes 2 years after college. You take classes in different kinds of law like civil or criminal or legal research or alternative dispute resolution. First decision is what to get your bachelor's degree in.

Law school is really, really easy, and it hardly costs a thing. That's why it pays so well. It's also why everyone who finishes law school passes the BAR on the first try, and why everyone you know is a lawyer and living in a huge house and driving a really expensive foreign car. Are you sure you're an honors student?
