Of course he does. First of all, North Korea has no oil, which means no reason to invade from a U.S. perspective. Second, North Korea poses an ACTUAL THREAT. Bush would never attack anyone that could actually counterattack. Also, attacking North Korea more than likely means that China would get involved. Major U.S. corporations depend too much on Chinese diplomacy (Wal Mart, anyone?) to risk that. On the one hand, that's good for Americans from a selfish perspective, because we don't have to worry about the threat of a nuclear counterattack. On the other hand, it just goes to show how America is run like a monopolistic corporation and thrives on overpowering the weak.

Typical. Assume I'm a dem or a Clinton-backer. WRONG. Clinton bombed Serbia and attacked Somalia using ill-planned strategies. I never supported Clinton or his policies, and obviously don't support the current administration. I'm sorry, but assuming that China would not get involved if the U.S. attacked North Korea is pure ignorance. Plus, don't be fooled by U.S. fake 'diplomacy'. Diplomacy in Iraq? Surely you jest.
