I'm talking about completed tasks here. I just want to figure out what Republicans are seeing that I'm not. And since we are still in Iraq with lots of people still dying over there, do not mention the war.

Listen, this is a chance for the Republicans to give me a valid, educated reason of why they support Bush. All I ever seem to hear is a lot of gay bashing and unfounded statements. Is there one educated Republican who can give compelling and researched reasons for why "Bush is amazing"?

Bush isn't honest. He lied us into the Iraq war. He lied about how long it would take for us to be finished there. He's still lying.

Clinton was embarrassing, but at least his nastiness was personal stuff. Bush's nastiness is international and much more harmful.

Somebody said that Bush mandated "educational standards." Not! What he did was impose the "no child left behind" requirement, which isn't an educational standard, but the exact opposite: it require the elimination of standards. Because of this policy, smart kids are having their grades unfairly limited, so that the gap between their scores and the scores of stupider kids won't seem so large. The smartest kids don't have any incentive to work their hardest anymore because it won't show in their grades no matter how well they do.

Clinton was bad. Bush is worse. If we even have elections again, I'll bet that this trend toward baseness in national leadership continues.

George W. Bush has accomplished the following, he has killed millions, he has forced our constitution on Iraq, he has invaded our privacy, he has broken countless laws, he has put his ridiculous "Patriot Act" and "No child left behind Act" in motion, he has lied to the people of America, and still these mindless people believe he is one of the best presidents. I'm sure next will be nuclear and atomic war far, which will leave our nation as nothing. I think we are all glad his last term is almost up. We need a leader, not a ignorant fool.

Cut taxes (which i personally enjoyed immensly). The tax cuts have spurred the economy (have you been checking out how good the economy is lately)? The war on terror. He freed 50 million people in Iraq and Afghanistan. He put two fine supreme court justices on the bench.

Since you asked the question, dont tell us what or what not to mention. Hell yeah, the war. Yes people die in wars, its not a tea party. Soldiers know they may die before they join our "all volunteer" force. They are not weak, liberal cowards, like you leftists seem to be. They serve honorable, and are willing to give the ulimate sacrifice, while you sit around whining and bad mouthing Bush. Freedom of speech, yeah yeah, but ur still an idiot.

Well he was asleep at the switch during 9/11, he invaded a country that was NO threat to the US, he's taken a Clinton era budget surplus and turned it into a world-record deficit, the economy is so bad that 45% of credit card holders are incapable of paying thier basic monthly charge let alone the balance...
The list goes on.
Suffice to say he will go down in history as the worst president in the USA...

He has stayed the course.

He has broken his promise to send astronauts to the Moon and Mars.

He has redirected troops that had surrounded Osama Bin Ladin to invade Iraq.

He has made gas rise from an average of $2.00 per gallon to about $3.50 per gallon.

During a war time, instead of having congress develop an exit plan for iraq, he has asked them to develop proposed constitutional ammendments to ban gay marriage, and flag burning.

He has limited stem cell research to 63 cell lines, many of which apparently are privately owned, or have all died already.

He has professed his faith in god about a thousand times on camera.

Them republicans sure love public professions of faith.

Made sure that the few countries that still respected us no longer do.
Gave you a measley tax cut which was completely wiped out and exceeded by higher health care costs, higer gas prices and an overall increase in the cost of living. Which pretty much means your paying more out of your pocket than you would be if taxes were higher.

Nothing, except turn 99.9% of the world against the U.S., inflated the National Debt, approved gun laws that allow the use of automatic weapons, destroyed social security, invaded sovereign nations for personal reasons, and made himself look like an *** in front of the American public on multiple occasions.

More than any other president in the last 100 years. More attacks have been thwarted, more people helped due to natural disasters and more economic bumps have been smoothed. Typical of the donkeys to act like *sses when their not in office

since 9-11 he has kept terror outside our borders...which is enough for me....we were hit with the worst thing that could ever happen during a presidency....if clinton would have nabbed osama back in the late 90's things would have been alot different if 9-11 never even happened. i am glad he is my president during that time.....so much better that gore would have been!

He has put America into a deep debt. Lowered the value of our dollar. Created a very disliked image of the USA abroad.
