I do. Even though I love "people watching" and watched the first few series of Big Bro and I'm a Celebrity etc etc, they are becoming old hat now. It used to be fun because when it was a novelty people weren't so aware of the cameras or the so-called "fame" that is brought upon some of them. Now you can just tell so easily they are faking a lot of things and it's sad. Who gives a t**s if they are caught having a quick feel under the duvet? It's playground stuff and I certainly don't sit there glued to the TV waiting for two fame hungry twats to have it away (in reference to Big Bro).

Reality television is at saturation level... How far can the enveloped be pushed? This is tv fodder that young people are introduced to that they end up living vicariously through mediated reality. Unfortunately, they think this is how grownups behave, bad language, bad habits, socially inept and the rest of the garbage portrayed by a handful of divas and glamour puppets. Even sadder is that those who are easily convinced become spectators in the oddities of life instead of participants in a world that can still hold beauty and optimism ...

And replace it with what? Trite, cheesy Americanised sitcoms!
Dumbed - down documentary show that used to only get shown on 'school TV' (Like the discovery channel show!)
At the end of the day, the people on these shows aren't 'Characters' and Reality T.V. is the only place on television where we can honestly learn about human character, personality and emotions in an environment that isn't scripted.

Yes definately. Reality shows are so boring, it's like a legal way to stalk someone. It's like people watching Big Brother, they can't go up to someones window and stare at the people inside so they watch Big Brother instead!
Oh and rickyheart72, "who would we love to hate", if you have to constantly find someone to hate then that says something about you doesn't it.
oaxaca hit the nail on the head.

yes! I h8 big brother they just sit around all day acting thick as hell and eating junk. They are a bad example to children and teenagers and a discrace to the civilised adults out there.
However keep I'm a celeb get me out of here, that is good, Ant and Dec make it funny. Along with people rampaging through the jungle demanding more food and watching a giant bird chase Jhony Rotten around!

i imagine there is plenty to be learnt from gazing vast Brother. we are all to blame of creating judgements about human beings in protecting with first impressions and the fanscinating element about BB is that the persons we concept we knew on day a million are actual thoroughly different countless weeks later. Charley is a customary celebration, she now looks to have calmed down plenty and we are now begining to make certain yet another area to her. lets face it she will't be that undesirable or she may were post by using the different housemates weeks in the past. while Laura who all of us concept changed into bubbly has shown that she lacks any motivation and is content fabric to lie round in her dressing dress all day. I also evaluate myself an wise human being and that i attempt to reveal screen it each and every time i am going to. i imagine this 365 days has been fairly reliable so a techniques, even if i imagine the initiatives may be somewhat extra complicated both bodily and mentally.

They need to stop making these stupid shows!! Many people in other countries have started thinking that we are like the contestants on these unrealistic shows.
Maybe, if all the people in here who object to these shows would let the producers know how they feel, some of the shows would disappear?

YES. And as soon as people lose interest and stop watching them, they will. Unless you believe people are so mindless that they will watch whatever the networks decide to put on TV. I think Perry Farrell was right, we would make great pets.
