Probably a "stuck" key...

You can usually clear this by removing the dirt that is causing it to stick...
Just flip it over and rap it several times on a hard surface to dislodge the dirt causing it to stick.

If this fails, you will have to open it up to clean it carefully.

Press it several times to see if it will let up. If not, you can try messing with it, or just buy a new keyboard. If you want to mess with it, get a flat-head screwdriver and pry the key off (just leverage it upwards). After it's off, you can take some rubbing alcohol (I recommend shutting down the computer and unplugging the keyboard first) and clean off the mechanism under the key. That sometimes helps.

time to clean the keyboard. write down all the key placements on paper, pop all the keys off, its easy once you get the hang of it. clean them in soapy water, rinse well. let them fully dry and replace them. if that doesnt solve the problem then you got something down in your keyboard like a liquid. time for another keyboard.
