no there is not,. i live in ontario and the banks do not even have or carry us coins. we have tried to get them also for when we go to the us but the banks do not have any. there is not chance that there is anything like that in ontario.

I don't believe so - they generally treat U.S. coin as Canadian and don't "exchange" it (it comes down to shipping costs - paper is much cheaper to ship). Your best bet is to cross the border, if you can or talk to a friend who travels a lot.
