You can use a website that will go around them. A proxy may get u past them, but its a slim chance depending on the blocks.. Search on yahoo bypassing schoolblocks or something like that. WHy, are u gonna look at something naughty in the library. :P

Internet blockers are there for a reason. To keep you out of sites you aren't supposed to be seeing.

Try going to Google and searching for 'anonymizer' and go to one of those sites (if it lets you) to do your browsing... ;)
