I don't know of any websites but I would suggest suscribing to fashion/makeup magazines such as teen people, teen vogue, vogue, etc. These all have the information you need and even give some good fashion tips.

yes why dint you type in your search bar make up tips then hair styles. 90% of the time you will find what you are looking for.
If not try google

Go to about.com and follow the links for the beauty/fashion stuff. Or try magazine websites. cosmomag.com, etc etc. try also a search for websites if these dont help.
