When that does happen, know that the end of the world is near. Seriously. And dont follow the leader that emerges, he will be the antichrist, no matter how perfect and peaceful and ideal he seems. He will try to make it so you cant survive without following him, but it is better to die and spend eternity with the lord than live a little while longer just to spend eternity in torture. When you see those things come to pass, you know its time to dedicate yourself to the Lord if you havent already. The tribulation will be full of horrible things. Many will die. And the leader will claim to be a savior, but he is not.

Probably not, too many differing beliefs on how the government should be run. How many in America fight to have a follower of Jesus in charge so that that person will enforce their religious views (like anti-gay or anti-abortion legislation). How many in the Middle East want Islamic leaders in charge. Can either one really accept the other having what they want. What about atheists or those that prefer church/state separation. Language isn't the only problem and in fact is pretty low on the obstacles to this idea (many, many translators about). I doubt it would really work.

I have answered this question before but here we go again. No leader should have that much power. Power corrupts! The U.S. is already too big for it's britches. In a small government your vote counts for more and you have a better sense of who you are voting for. If the wrong person gets in power than the whole world suffers and it's more likely to happen the bigger government gets. It's a very dangerous idea and no one should be entertaining it in my opinion.

Nope! Not possible!

It's kind of like working for Marriott Hotels and trying to get a job at Hilton while you're still employed... it's called conflict of interest! If simple companies can't handle that, then the world definitely can't!!!

NO WAY! then there is no diversity, or different qualities of life, nothing to compare to, no competition, no race, no exotic things, no hate. less things to be curious about, no true love. NO life. it'll be boring! it seems like the end of the world. even if someone established such a system, nature itself will demolish it. unless u r speaking of the end of the world. no actually, that's how the endof the world would be. just watch, if it happens in our generation. ;)

It wouldn’t be a democracy if there was only one leader- that is called a dictatorship. Anarchy and mayhem would shortly ensue. And only one language? How boring!

Interesting idea, though.

No, there are too many fighting fractions. Look at the Muslims world; the Sunnis hate the Shites, they'll never get along.

It will never happen and never work. What if this came true and we all had to deal with idiot bush???? There can never be "one" leader. If you ask me, there shouldn't even be a leader.
