If you put in the movie and just push Select, a main menu will come up on the screen. Then you can just use the left, right, up or down arrows and select to go through the options that you see on the screen.

Stop - Circle
Back to Main Menu (during movie) - Triangle
Extra Options (during Movie) - Select Button
Play/Pause (during movie) - Start Button
Previous Chapter - L1 Button
Rewind - L2 Button
Next Chapter - R1 Button

Subtitles - Press Left Analog Stick
