me and my friends are 16 but we feel like we are 61, does tht mean anything?!!

Because of today's technology parents are unable to shelter their children from information they might not be emotionally mature enough to handle as our parents did with us. In some instances this is a good thing (sex education) and in other ways it's bad (I wish I could have been with my kids when they saw the first news coverage of 9/11). For the most part being forced to grow up too fast is rather sad I think. Not to sound too much like a hokey 40 year old, but there is a John Mellencamp song (Jack and Diane) that has a line that goes "Hold on to sixteen as long as you can. Changes come around real soon... make us women and men."

Have you ever consider the environment around you. Maybe that takes apart of "old feeling" Some times in our lives, demands can be made from us, that, we either don't want to address, or we have no choice for being there. I know how you feel, but the longer you exhaust energy in deliberating your age, live for the moment. Don't grow up too soon, because 61 will come around soon enough. Good Luck

In my sixties, I feel as I did in my teens, but wisdom inhibits my acting as a teenager. You're probably tired because your body is growing. Eat a balanced diet, get more sleep, and enjoy those endorphins while you exercise.

Yeah, it means you are lazy and lethargic. Get out and do stuff, get out of the house and stop watching TV, video games and internet.
Get out and walk, breathe in the air, get some sunshine...

we all feel old because our gov't tell us that were all a bunch of fat people taht weigh 46lbs while our gov't has a whole bunchof people that wiegh 300lds

it may mean you have something wrong with your thyroid. that is too young to feel old. please have yourselves checked out.
