I want to listen to live tv shows online thru radio access - do you know of any?

according to the head tech at charter communications, the bandwidth of internet is far from large enough to allow proper tv signal. charter has 5 meg now and you need at least 35 meg to get a clear and proper signal. i bought a tv "watching" prog and it was a lie and crap. didn't work at all because there are no real tv stations on the net, only nte-stations which are lame.

I know I can get ABC on my radio and listen whatever is on ABC at that time. Like right now, I can tune my dial to 87.7 FM (I think that's it) and listen to All My Children. That's about all I know, though.
