how do i erase EVERYTHING i have put on a DELL laptop, so it was how it was when i bought it?

am selling a laptop on ebay, a dell. And i need to get rid of all the stuff I have put on it, so it's like a brand new computer, please help me - cause i don't know how to do it?

I would be very careful about that site with "Albanian" software. Many of todays most destructive viruses come from Eastern Europe. I would ESPECEALLY stay clear of any file titled, "surprise."
