I would be very careful about that site with "Albanian" software. Many of todays most destructive viruses come from Eastern Europe. I would ESPECEALLY stay clear of any file titled, "surprise."

you have to have the original installation CD's. if you do, reformat the hard drive (the command is "fdisk C:", then reinstall the operating system.

use the microsoft cd that should have came with your laptop then reinstall it and it should restore it to factory condition.

i know two softwares for that. To download that, go at www.xenini.com/magicland . You will find there softwares in albanian. Get them that are called: "Surprise" or "Unlock", one of them. Good Luck! Please choose me as your best answer!
