I know the universal translator works fine for all other languages but why does it fail eevry time a Klingon starts insulting meat?

WHAT scriptual explanation is there if any.

Because Klingon was the only language actually created for the series and movies. It is an actual language.

Maybe there is not any words to cover what they are saying. There are a few words in other languages that there is no translation to english now a days.
