If you mean free, then Limewire is good, but Frostwire (similar but doesn't show up as adware on Adaware) is better. DO NOT use Kazaa, as it plagues your computer with adware and spyware that you cannot get rid of.
If you mean paying services, then no idea. They ask for credit cards and I don't have one.

I use limewire. But don't upgrade to PRO!!!!! They'll charge you. I download in limewire then drag-and-drop into my iTunes library so as my iPod Nano has some good free tunes!!!!!

iTunes has the best interface and is easiest to use; however their music only works on iTunes and iPods (although they do allow you to burn to CD's). It's very frustrating.
