If she is pregnant, then the option to try for baby will be gone. She might get sick a lot on the first day so her comfort will be pretty much zero if you don't watch her. My girls usually go through a near death experience when they're pregnant because hunger, bladder, and sleep decays so fast. Watch her VERY closely and in three days she will have the baby (or babies). Then, you should invest in a crib. You don't need a changing table if you're short the cash, but it saves a whole lot of time.

When the baby is born, you can tell what it needs by the picture, but usually the sims will autonomously take care of it. Just in case: bright green means perfect, pale green means hungry or lonely, yellow to orange means that it needs a diaper change.

Yeah that probably means you're pregnant. It takes a few days for her to have the baby. You should call your work and tell them to let you get maternity leave.

how old is she? becuz if she is close enough 2 being an elder that option no longer exsists. but if she isn't that close to an elder, then she is pregneat more than likely. and dont worry about how to have your baby. the process takes about 3 or 4 days i believe and her stomach gets bigger (and u need to take extra special care of her needs) and then when she finally does have the baby, a video should play, and then she will have the baby, you name the baby then.

if you're too old you can't have kids, but if you're still an adult then yah you're prob preg. When my characters get pregnant, I usually just focus on them and put the other on the back burner till after the baby is born. They usually take care of themselves well enough anyway. Mostly she eats, pees, and sleeps...
