At the end, can you give me a way to beat the cop chase in NFSMW???

When you have to be in the chase for 5 minutes, then go off the bridge at over 200 moh. But you have level 6 cops and its so hard. Any tips???? (only people who have need for speed most wanted)

Get to a place where you can stay for a long period of time w/o the cops noticing you, like after a pursuit breaker. avoid spike strips at all costs.
