Neither. It is better to be happy with yourself. If you happen to be in a rewarding relationship at the same time, cool. If not, that's good too.

There are pros & cons to either one.
If you are single you do not have to answer to anyone. You can eat out of the ice cream container, walk around the house in the nude, stay up as late as you want , & it is not going to bother anyone.
It gets lonely once in a while, especially on holidays. But it beats trying to settle with someone that is going to treat you bad.

Depends, each person is different. I love being taken. I have a companion for everything, holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. I love it but my sister loves being single. No tie downs, so like I said it depends on the person.

it depends on the person, but for the general population, it is better to be "taken" with someone who genuinely loves and respects them, and better to be single rather than someone they are miserable with or who is abusive.
