I remember Zody's, and Gemco.

Can't exactly remember, I was 5 or 6 but I think you needed to have a membership card to walk in and shop at Zody's and Gemco.

For some reason I don't remember ever shopping in a Woolworth's.

We had a Woolworth's down in a town about 10 minutes away from my house. It was a nice store actually. My dad and I went there after we were out doing our normal junk shopping on the weekends. One time we got some penny candy and I actually found a cool doll. I also learned how to drive my dad's el camo in the parking lot, so some many memories.

My mom and I used to eat at Woolworth's all the time when I was a kid. I was so sad when they closed the one in the local mall.
