i mean i consider myself liberal but with both groups its like they both cater to special interests and lobbyists just different ones. Republicans have their big spending government with draining the taxpayers money into the military and wars. Democrats want to get over zealous and put far too much into social welfare
programs that havent worked with a few exceptions...social security..

Republicans are hypocrites, claiming to stand for fiscal responsibility and then putting the country a trillion dollars in debt to Communist China, claiming to be morally superior to everyone else then starting wars that kill people for absolutely no good reason just so Halliburton can steal, claiming to be conservatives who want to get Big Government off our backs but burning the Constitution to allow Big Government to spy on people without a court order, and torture, and holding people without trial. It was a good Constitution, but now it is dead, thanks to "conservatives".

Democrats actually do care about making the system work. Regulated industries like Airlines, Broadcasting, Banking, Electric Power, etc, worked much better than the unregulated systems of today--stable prices, profits, service, wages, health benefits, and pensions for workers. And now that too is gone. I guess Americans will just have to have the Republicans put them thru another Great Depression before they wake up. And now the largest generation in history approaches old age without national health care and with their pensions being stolen by the crooks the Republicans represent. Ought to be an interesting show.

On the surface...what they allow you to see...the two parties look like they are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Behind the scenes however, they are pulling in the same direction...toward a one world communist type government.

The organization founded in May 1776, (the reason Russians celebrate May day) known as the Illuminati has been working ever since to bring the world into this one world government. Some sources say they are a benign organization but they are very sinister. Every president after George Washington as been placed in office by this group. They place a person in the presidency of the USA to accomplish a certain thing. Bush may well be the last president before they have accomplished their goal of the one world government. When the USA falls, the rest of the world will follow suit in a very short time. That is why the USA is in the position it is in.

Should you care to look at some of the evidence I speak of go to the web sites I have listed below and read or watch. You will soon discover that behind the scene they are both the same because they work for the same people.

Their unquestioning support or general dislike of President G W Bush....

Republicans generally believe in unfettered free-market activity and minimal social programs - each person should suck it up and take care of his own business. Tax cuts are just a great way of killing off entitlements because there is immediate pain to keep funding "New-Deal" social programs and all the other pork.

Problem is "enlightened" societies are known for how well they care for the least capable - and often those are left to fend for themselves in a free market world. Unfortunately if Democratic social programs allow it there is always the few who abuse those programs and basically never motivate away into a self-supporting role.

Each group has drawbacks from that basic social support format. Some people seem to think businesses have the "right stuff" to create wealth but somehow that wealth stays with the ones in power. Some people think that government is a great equalizer by spreading the wealth around.

I already understood, and trust particular factors, except i don't believe ANY baby-kisser on the nationwide element may furnish a job or money to a homeless human being except it changed into for a photo op. As to multiple the those that spoke back and claimed that republicans at the instant are not charitable, i am going to in ordinary words say that my spouse operates a non income nutrition shelf that delivers not in ordinary words nutrition yet to boot many different amenities. the vast majority of donations come from self-proclaimed conservatives, and we stay in a democrat ruled state. it may seem it really is the democrats, or a minimum of persons that vote for them, are those my spouse helps a variety of of the time. And no, i'm not quessing, both the individuals to the nutrition shelf and the shoppers of the nutrition shelf are quilty of discussing politics the position I or my spouse can overhear or take section.

There really is no difference. They both talk to their base in a way that pleases their base, then they change their tune after the primaries to cater to more people.

When voting they go with whatever will get them more money and votes during the next election cycle so that they can keep their jobs.

You are right. I think we need a viable Third Party candidate...maybe one who is fed up with the status quo of the American political landscape. Today there is not much difference between Republicans and Democrats

The difference is in how violent they are. Liberals are peaceful *as long as you are a minority* and Republicans will hate you while if you are white Republicans will love you and hate minorities.

In reality both parties are hypocrites controlled by the robber barons from the 1800s that took over the railroad industry often thru unmoral means by ripping people off.

Short answer. For me, I think liberals/democrats are more compassionate, want to include/help everyone, have no fear of new ideas if it leads to something positive.

Republicans/Conservatives try to stick with tradition and what they've always known. Problem with this is, they're also afraid to learn or change for fear of losing money, status, etc.

NONE. Quit fooling yourself, they're two sides of the same coin, and as long as Americans are distracting themselves arguing about the difference between two breeds of dog they ignore what's really going on.
