I know he was paralized but why did he end up so bald and fragil looking? Was it some medicine he was on? Does anyone know?

Fragil because of being paralized,the hair went in part due to medication,plus a rumor that his wife lost hers and he did his in for her but,,can't verify.I can only say that I think it was disgrace to his memory that they had the rotten gut balls to release another superman movie knowing that ,that was one role that belonged to him and him ALONE.There can NEVER BE another SUPERMAN.That's why I refuse to go to the new movie and I even threw an ashtray through my T.V during the preview on television.(NO ****)I'm not crazy,I'm just LOYAL!!!!

I don't know about the bald thing but when you are paralized you can't use your muscles and they atrophe (become really small and shortened from lack of use)

Possibly medicine, diet and lack of exercise due to the fact that he was paralyzed..

because he was seriously injured and his body was slowly shutting down. he wasn't 30 so as most men as they age they lose hair. but he has always looked frail since his accident.

he was a quadruplagic (i know i spelled that wrong). he couldn't take care of himself and he was stuck in a chair. no exercise, no muscles or anything. i would say that would make you look frail.
