Eagle Talon = Mitsubishi Eclipse The good news is DSM cars have a nice after market crowd. I would start by getting yoru standard, cold air intake + headers. There should be a VR4 turbo somewhere around that should bolt right on to your car. Realistically though I don't think you will see more that 220hp. If your really serious you could look into hardening the engine ( cams, pistons, rods, balanced crank.) I wouldn't suggest this on that car however.

check out the link below it has everythign your looking for.

I know absolutely nothing about engines like this. However all internal combustion engines work on the same principal. On a limited budget, it's best to concentrate on your intake and exhaust. Which takes in alot, Some of it you can do yourself some of it it's best if you don't. You need to do some studying up on your engine to find out what you can do. Basically, The more fuel/air you can get into your cylinders, the more power you're going to make but it isn't just a matter of putting on a bigger carb or injector or whatever. the runners and ports all need to be maxed, smoothed, matched, etc. The valves need to be unshrouded and probably have a good 3 angle valve job, If they are large enough. If not, well you need bigger ones. You might need to find a better head completely. Same kind of stuff goes for your exhaust. you can't get the air/fuel mixture in and out if it doesn't flow. Try to use your engine's harmonics to tune your exhaust.
