Mmmm, I think the astronomical increase in taxes, state, and federal budgets would offset any benefit. Have you ever researched what it costs to have a person incarcerated for a year? Food, shelter, medical,...it ain't the Holiday Inn, but it ain't free either sister!

So, your answer to global warming is incarceration? Have you ever been in jail? It is a punishment.You'd have to incarcerate the entire planet. Are you guilty for global warming? You should be first.

I think so, if we locked up every CEO in America tomorrow and did not release them until they took responsibility for thier polluting policies and actions, global warming would decrease.
