American music and TV is lousy with Canadians -- from Celine Dion to William Shatner to all those guys from Second City.
Then there are the Australians and New Zealanders. Technically both Mel Gibson and Nicole Kidman were both born in the US -- but both grew up in Australia. Russell Crowe may be the most popular foreign entertainer at the moment -- he was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia.
Then there are the Brits. Do we need to name them?
