They sure do, my father in law gets a whopping 400 a month taken out of his check and is only left with 500 to live off of. You can appeal to the courts for a modification and you will usually get it

If this man is recieving Social Security, your child is entitled to receive money form SS also.

sorry but until your kids are 18 and older you will still have to pay child support it the only right thing to do.
If they don't pay then contact the child welfare dept and they will get you to the right dept for collecting on child support.

if you got kids you gotta pay, and thats the bottom line, it wont be much under those circumstances, you contact the child support divison , if you call the food stamp office they will have the number

you can go back to court and they might reduce the payment based on the amount that you are receiving from social security or your pension

The child can draw on the SS. so yes but they dont take it from the person that needs it, just the account.

i dont think so but it may depend on Sate-to-state. for example if you were to flee to florida the goverment can not make you pay back child support!
