Fla. court throws out huge Tobacco ruling (I guess people really should have been responsible for their own action, knowing that inhaling fire didn't take an f-ing warning label to tell you it is not a good idea). And Ga. reinstates ban on marriage by people of the same gender who like to have sex with each other. And EVEN NY courts agree that the people get to DECIDE what a marriage is, and not some sloth judge.

Amazing. Could we be turning a corner here?

how dare you imply that people should be responsible for their decisions
next you will say fat people should not sue restaurant's because they over eat
next you will want to make abortions illegal because females don't want to wear protection
maybe you are right we are coming to a new day of accountability

Gay marriage was on the ballot in 2004 in 7 or so states. Guess what THE VOTERS decided they didn't want it to be legal.

That's how it should be. Things like gay marriage shouldn't be decided by some judge. Put it on the ballot in every state and let the people speak for themselves on this one.

Well, with reinstating the ban on marriage rights we are definitely turning a corner and retreating back into a simpler, more ignorant, more primitive time.

You LOVE sloth judges when they hate in your favor.

What about Big Tobacco lobbying to Republicans.
"f-ing" what? Not very moral,huh?

I'm not going to tell you what YOU bite.

What corner would that be? The one that leads back to the 20th Century? The dead end?
