Well to start off what kind of connection do you have.If you have dial-up it's natrually slow. When you have broadband it's a little faster.I have cable/DSL and it's really fast, and T1 and T3 are so fast I can't explain it.But have you downloaded any software lately? That also slows it down, or maybe you've minimized some other stuff you were doing. You might be going to a website that is feeding your computer spam or have opened an e-mail with a virus. Or your computer could just be getting old.

its not yahoo, its probably one of two things or both. Your Internet connection is slow, or you have way too many temp files in your system. Clean them out with your cookies and you'll see some improvement.

I've had the same problem since they've changed the look of the yahoo homepage I've sent them feedback about it so hopefully it will right itself in time :)

It seems slower since it was revamped.Maybe its got something to do with the elaborate advertisements that spread their way across the page

its because they have put a new homepage up, i'm on XP right now, but on my other computer, which is an ME the homepage doesnt work either. I would seriously consider updating your computer to XP or similar.

It might just be the time of day or your computer's cache might be getting full or it might have updated and the contents need to be refreshed. Just have patience.
