I Have a dwarf Bunny and it makes a squeaking type sound he's made ever since he was born. Is this normal? and what does it mean?

That is the noise they make--it just means it is happy (well at least alive).

Rabbits do make noises - some of which sound really odd if you are not prepared for them. I used to have a lop that made a bizarre buzzing sound. He sounded like a gigantic mequito. And worse when he wanted my attention he made an almost honking noise. So, I am sure the squeak is just your rabbits verbalization and I would not be worried.

I have never heard of chirping. We have a rabbit and it Grunts like a pig. It will lunge forward at the same time. It only does it when it wants food

I wouldn't worry about it. Most noises rabbits make are harmless. It it screams then you should worry.
